SMS Consent & Opt-In Policy

We believe in full transparency. Here is everything you need to know about how Vitalis IV uses text messaging to communicate with our clients.

Vitalis IV LLC sends SMS messages only to clients who have explicitly opted in during the client portal registration process. We do not send unsolicited text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.

How Clients Opt In

SMS consent is collected during the client onboarding process on the Vitalis IV Client Portal at vitalisivtherapy.com/portal.html. When a new client creates a profile, they are presented with two separate consent checkboxes:

  • Checkbox 1 (Required): Agreement to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy — required to use the service.
  • Checkbox 2 (Optional): Standalone SMS opt-in — separate from the Terms & Conditions, unchecked by default, and never required to access the portal.
Opt-In Form — As Displayed to Clients

The SMS opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default and is presented as a separate, standalone action — completely independent of the Terms & Conditions agreement. Clients are never required to opt in to SMS to use the portal or book services. Consent is recorded in our database with a timestamp at the time of acceptance.

Types of Messages Sent

Vitalis IV LLC sends the following categories of transactional SMS messages to opted-in clients and to the business administrator:

  • Medical clearance alerts — notifying the administrator when a client submits a clearance request for review
  • Clearance status updates — notifying clients when their clearance has been approved or requires additional information
  • Appointment and booking confirmations — confirming treatment bookings made through the client portal
  • Booking reminders — reminders sent prior to scheduled IV therapy appointments

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time using any of the following reply commands:

Unsubscribe from all messages
START
Re-subscribe after opting out
HELP
Get support & contact info

After replying STOP, no further SMS messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the client portal or receive email communications.

Privacy & Data

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications are stored securely and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is transmitted using industry-standard TLS encryption. For full details on how we handle your personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers (such as Twilio) that assist in delivering our messaging services.
