How do I book my first appointment?

Create a free account at
vitalisivtherapy.com/portal.html. After completing your profile, you'll choose a payment path (Pay in Full or Reserve with Card on File), select your service, pick a date and time, and save your payment information. First-time patients will then complete a brief medical clearance consultation before their appointment is confirmed.
What is the medical clearance process?

All new patients complete a brief telehealth consultation (5–10 minutes) with our Medical Director through Guardian MD. After booking and saving your payment information, you'll receive a personalized, single-use link via email and SMS. The link is valid for 48 hours. Once our Medical Director reviews your information (typically within 24 hours), you'll receive a confirmation email. Clearance is valid for 12 months.
What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy varies by payment path. Pay in Full patients receive 1 free reschedule; cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture. Reserve with Card on File patients are subject to a $50 cancellation fee on all cancellations. Please review our full

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Square's PCI-compliant payment system. Your card information is entered directly into Square's secure iframe — it never touches our servers. We store only a secure token (not your card number) that allows us to process future payments. This is the same technology used by major retailers and financial institutions.
How do membership discounts work?

VITALIS CORE members receive a 15% discount on all services. VITALIS ELITE members receive a 20% discount. When your provider arrives, they will verify your active membership status and apply the appropriate discount via Square POS at the time of service. Discounts are only valid when your membership is in active status — cancelled or suspended memberships do not qualify.
What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Phoenix metropolitan area including Scottsdale, Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Glendale, Peoria, and Fountain Hills. If you're outside these areas, call us — we may be able to accommodate with advance notice.
How long does an IV treatment take?

Most IV treatments take between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours depending on the service. Your provider will arrive with all necessary supplies and set up at your location. You can relax, watch TV, or work during the infusion.
